| The Buffalo, NY Veterans Affairs Medical Center is recruiting a non-invasive Cardiologist to provide a broad range of services to our Veterans. You will share responsibility for outpatient clinics, inpatient teaching rounds and inpatient consultation, including ICU. Perform diagnostic studies such as echocardiography, TEE, exercise and pharmacologic stress testing, event monitor, ECG interpretations and diagnosis & management of arrhythmias. You will provide support to inpatient services through consultations and to Primary Care and Urgent Care Providers via phone, e-consults and outpatient consults. Provide consultation and follow-up through Cardiology Virtual Telehealth CVT Clinic. Opportunity for an academic appointment at the State University of New York at Buffalo, along with research. You will be supervising fellows, residents and medical students. Board certification or board eligibility for Cardiology is required. Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology board certification is highly preferred. Limited on-call! Only required when doing inpatient service, 4-6 times a year!
