Seventh BC/BE neonatologist needed to join our group practicing at Baptist Health Lexington in Lexington, KY, a community hospital regionally referred to as “The Baby Hospital."
Baptist Lexington has a 32-bed, Level III NICU with an average daily census of 19
The facility handles more than 3,800 births per year.
The hospital provides a wide variety of on-site subspecialty support, including maternal-fetal medicine (staff of three); obstetrics; pediatric radiology; urology; ophthalmology; and cardiology. ECMO, iNO, cardiac surgery and most other subspecialty pediatric services are available nearby at the University of Kentucky.
Excellent medical and communication skills are required, along with an interest in developing leadership skills.
Position is full-time with no mandatory in-house night call.
