Seattle, Washington - Swedish Heart & Vascular Institute, the largest Cardiovascular Program in the Puget Sound area, is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our inpatient cardiology team which currently includes eleven experienced advanced practice clinicians. New provider will work with 20+ Cardiologists in multiple subspecialties including Interventional, Advanced Heart Failure, Structural Heart, and Electrophysiology at two campuses (Swedish Cherry Hill and Swedish First Hill). In this position you will assist in the hospital-based management of cardiology patients with high acuity and complex pathology. Our goal is a collaborative environment that supports mentorship and encourages autonomy. There are opportunities to participate in clinical trials. Ideal candidate will have experience in Cardiology, Critical Care or Hospital Medicine. Willing to train new graduates with previous cardiology, critical care, or acute care experience. Epic EMR is preferred.* Position details: Full- time, 10 hour days, 1 weekend out of every 6th weekend, No nights or call.
